Basically British Parking
There are several options for parking:
Third Street has meters on both sides of the street that are in effect Monday through Friday (free on weekends). PLEASE NOTE: The metered parking spaces are angled. The requirement is to park by reversing into the parking space--not entering front-in. It should actually be a little easier than reversing into a parallel parking space,.
Madison and Sears streets have a small number of parking places without meters. Note that Madison is one-way coming towards Third.
Our building is at the junction of Third Street and Wayne Avenue. A Cannery visitor lot is available on Wayne, across from the back of our building. A sign indicates that payment should be made but this is not enforced.
St John's Church is almost directly across Third Street from our shop. It has a parking lot behind its main building and the church has graciously allowed our customers to use it. It may be reached from an alley off Sears Street (the church requests that we do not use their parking lot that is directly off Third Street).
A loading/unloading space is available immediately in front of our door.
Do not park anywhere behind the Cannery building--it is a towing area (it belongs to the neighboring company).
